The website www.time4we.com is the web page of S.C. HEROVIM COMTRANS S.R.L., headquartered at Drumea Radulescu Street, No 19, District 4, Bucharest, Romania, registered at the Trade Register Office with no. J40 / 5623/1993, VAT No: RO3572902, hereinafter referred to as “Seller” or “Time4we”. When you purchase a product through this site, you are the “Customer” or the “Buyer”.
Here are presented information related to the process of purchase, orders, payments and shipping.
SAFE ONLINE SHOPPING
The data you submit to our site when you make an online payment is encrypted, which prevents data from being intercepted on the transmission route. We use the SSL certificate to assure you that any purchase on the site is secure. The use of the certificate can be easily verified because a small padlock appears next to the browser’s link. Also, an SSL secure address starts with https and not http.
For orders paid online by card, we use the encrypted services of the Netopia Payments- online payment processor.
Time4we will make sure that the delivery is carried out in good condition and in complete confidentiality at the address indicated by you. Time4we makes sure that, once the order is completed, your products are carefully prepared and packaged before shipment.
ONLINE ORDERS
- To order the products presented on this site you can do so both directly from the site and by phone at +40 724 271 183 or by email at alinaionescu@mail.com, but it is mandatory to provide a phone number and a valid email address through which we can communicate with you. In order to complete the order, it is also necessary to agree to the Terms and Conditions of the site as well as to the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of your personal data.
- When ordering online, you have the option to order directly, without having an account on the site
- Select your favorite product and add it to your shopping cart.
- Products in the cart can be viewed at any time by accessing the “view cart” button
- To place the order, enter the cart and press the Proceed to Checkout button.
- Fill in the form with the requested personal data, the delivery address, choose the payment method with the card and read / complete the other requirements.
- Your order will be confirmed and shipped only after confirmation of payment registration (in case of online payment by card) or successful completion of the transaction (in case of orders by phone or email, after issuance and payment of the invoice).
- The ordered products will be delivered to you depending on the availability of stock, through a specialized courier company. Delivery will be made within a maximum of 2-3 working days from placement for products in stock, except in special cases where we will inform you via email (holidays, busy periods, other unforeseen events, etc.)
- All products ordered will be accompanied by an invoice and the warranty certificate, which covers any defects for a period of 30 days.
HOW DO I PAY?
Time4we offers you two ways to pay for products purchased from this site:
- Payment in bank account, with confirmation- after placing the order by phone or email, by issuing an invoice
- Online payment by card – payment is made by redirecting from the order page to the secure page of the Netopia Payments online payment processor, where you will securely enter the data on the card with which you want to make the payment.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- The delivery term for the products in stock is 2-3 days and refers to two to three working days (Monday to Friday) from the moment of placing the order and payment of the products, until their delivery to the delivery address provided, in the territory Romania. No deliveries are made on Saturdays or Sundays, public holidays or non-banking days.
- The cost of shipping the products is free for the Romanian territory without any additional costs or taxes. We will ship your order using a courier company. We reserve the right to choose to deliver with different courier companies without prior notice and without requesting additional fees.
- Occasionally there is a possibility of delays caused by factors that do not imply us, such as overcrowding of the courier company, large number of orders due to promotional campaigns (eg Black Friday), public holidays, etc. In these situations, which are not limited to those mentioned, the delivery of the products will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the validation of all order details (payment method, delivery time, stocks, prices).
- Time4we will ensure that the delivery is made in good transport conditions and in full confidentiality to the address indicated by the buyer. Order validation can also be done by phone or online (by email) by our operators involved.
- The seller delivers orders on the Romanian territory.
- Delivery is made from Monday to Friday, between 09.00 and 18.00. Please provide an address where you will be at this time and make sure you leave us a phone number where the courier can contact you.
- For complaints regarding the delivery services of the partner delivery company, please contact us at the email address: contact@time4we.com. We cannot be held liable for damages caused by delays in delivering orders due to external factors: special weather conditions, road accidents, strikes, calamities, street demonstrations or other special situations that could prevent the courier from delivering on time, which is why Time4we will not pay compensation for damages caused by non-timely delivery of products caused by external factors.
- For products shipped and not picked up within 5 days of delivery confirmation, the buyer has the obligation to pay the return costs.
- Courier companies are not authorized by Time4We to allow the buyer to open parcels before signing , but only after signing for the delivery. After signing the delivery, it is considered that the delivery has been fulfilled and the buyer has taken possession of the ordered products.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
According to the legislation in force, any customer, natural person will be able to withdraw from the contract, respectively will be able to give up the purchase or will be able to return a product, within maximum 14 calendar days from its signing or delivery of the product, without invoking any reason, and without other costs than those of return delivery.
Return costs will be supported by the buyer.
Return requests will be processed within a maximum of 10 working days from the time of return notification. The return request must contain the identification data of the product and of the person who purchased it. In addition to the return request sent in writing by email, the returned package must contain the original invoice / or copy and the original warranty certificate.
The return of the products is mandatory to be communicated to us in writing. We reserve the right not to accept return packages sent to us without prior written notice.
Products that have been made to the customer’s specifications, were clearly modified or customized at the customer’s request cannot be returned!
The risk of losing the products in the return process is transferred to the customer when he is in physical possession of the products and returns them using means of transport of his choice. We are not responsible for the loss of packages sent to us.

WARANTY
All accessories / jewellery sold on this site by S.C. HEROVIM COMTRANS S.R.L. are accompanied by an invoice and a warranty certificate valid for a period of 30 days.
The absence of the warranty certificate must be communicated to us within 48 hours from receiving the product at contact@time4we.com. Subsequent notifications will not be considered.
Loss of warranty certificate or invoice will result in loss of warranty. We do not issue duplicates for the warranty certificate.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THE WARRANTY IS INAPPLICABLE OR NULL:
- normal physical wear and tear of the product after wearing it
- damage to the product due to calamities (fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, etc.), accidents or theft;
- defects caused by transport, handling and storage of the product in improper conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, thermal shocks – hot / cold variations, etc.);
- defects caused by improper, abusive, incorrect, modified use of the product and / or in improper conditions, other than those it was tested and designed for ;
- intervention, repair or modification made by unauthorized persons, including painting of the product;
- damage to the product caused, voluntarily or involuntarily, by mechanical shocks (breaking, hanging, hitting, scratching, etc.), pets, rodents and other pests;
- improper maintenance (cleaning using improper methods or products)
