( EN) RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you want to return a product, you can do so very easy:

• Send us an email to contact@time4we.com stating your intention to return your products within 14 days of receiving the products. We will respond with a reply within a maximum of 48 hours confirming that we have taken note of your request.
• Pack the product securely for transport. You can hand it to us directly or you can send it to the address: Drumea Radulescu Street no. 19, District 4, Bucharest, Romania, to the attention of Alina Ionescu, phone +40 724 271 183, in maximum 14 days from the date on which you communicated to us the wish to withdraw / return.
• Upon receipt of your package we will notify you by email within 24 hours that we are in the possession of it.

We will reverse your invoice and refund the amount of the purchased product to the bank account provided by you within a maximum of 5 working days from the moment the package arrives at us and you will receive confirmation from us.

The cost of return transport will be supported in full by the customer.

Please note the following:

Under EU law, if you bought a product or service online or without going to the store (by phone, mail, email order), you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days of receipt of the package, for whatever reason and without any justification.

Returns can therefore be made without a reason, but we will appreciate feedback from you to help us improve the services and products we offer.

• Only unused products with no traces of wear or scratches can be returned in their original packaging. It is very important that the product is in the same condition as it was delivered to you and also accompanied by the accessories / gifts with which it was shipped.
• Please pack the product so that it is as well protected as possible during return shipping.
• We will not accept returns received in plastic bags or damaged.
• If you want another product in exchange, it will only be shipped after the returned product reaches us.

( RO) RETUR & RESTITUIREA BANILOR

În cazul în care doriti sa returnati o comanda, acest lucru este posibil foarte simplu:

• Trimiteti un email la contact@time4we.com  in care specificati intentia dvs. de retur in maxim 14 zile de la data receptionarii produselor. Va vom raspunde printr-un reply in maxim 48 ore prin care va confirmam ca am luat la cunostinta solicitarea dumneavoastra.
• Impachetati produsul in siguranta pentru transport.  Ni-l puteti înmâna direct sau  il puteti expedia pe adresa : Str. Drumea Radulescu nr. 19, Sector 4, Bucuresti, Romania, in atentia Alina Ionescu, telefon  +40 724 271 183, in maxim 14 zile de la data in care ne-ati comunicat dorinta de retragere/ returnare.
• In momentul receptionarii coletului dumneavoastra va vom instiinta printr-un email in maxim 24 ore ca am intrat in posesia lui.
• Va vom storna factura si va vom restitui suma aferenta produsului achizitionat, în contul bancar furnizat de dvs. în maxim 5 zile lucratoare din momentul în care coletul ajunge la noi si primiti confirmarea din partea noastra.

Costul aferent transportului de retur va fi suportat in integralitate de catre comparator.

Va rugam sa tineti cont de urmatoarele aspecte:

In baza legislatiei UE, daca ati cumparat un produs sau un serviciu online ori fara a merge la magazin (prin telefon, prin posta, printr-o comanda email), aveti, de asemenea, dreptul de a anula si returna comanda în termen de 14 de zile de la primirea coletului,  indiferent de motiv si fara nicio justificare.

Returul se poate face asadar fara invocarea unui motiv, însa noi vom aprecia un feedback din partea dvs. care sa ne ajute sa imbunatatim serviciile si produsele oferite.

• Pot fi returnate doar produse nefolosite, fara urme de purtare sau zgarieturi si în ambalajul lor original. Este foarte important ca produsul sa fie în aceeasi stare în care a fost livrat si însotit de asemenea de accesoriile/cadourile cu care a fost expediat.
• Va rugam sa ambalati produsul astfel încât sa fie cât mai bine protejat pe durata transportului de retur.
• Nu vom accepta retururi primite în pungi de plastic sau deteriorate.
• In cazul in care doriti un alt produs la schimb, acesta va fi expediat numai dupa ce produsul returnat ajunge la noi.
